Initially I wrote a review about not receiving my order but I was contacted and they sent another package free of charge. They even said it was ok if the original package arrived, that I could keep it and share it with others. The boxes I shared with family members received great reviews. I recommend trying the product if you enjoy great tasting pancakes.

WISH I COULD FIVE ZERO STARS. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO YOUR BUSINESS FOUR TIMES AND RECEIVED MO RESPONSE. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH MY BANK AND LEFT A MESSAGE THAT I WILL BE FILLING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. I PAID EXTRA FOR EXPEDITED DELIVERY VIA UPS AND I GOT NOTHING AND NO RESPONSE TO MY MESSAGES THAT I WANTED A REFUND. I SUPPORT AND HAVE DONE SO FOR MANY, MANY YEARS LOTS OF SMALL BLACK-OWNED BUSINESS. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE THIS HORRIBLE.
